Homepage Review

đđź What does the headline mean?
</aside>
- Itâs relevant - it establishes what you are (the product category) + what youâre capable of (product capability)
- What is missing is CONTEXT - Who are you speaking to? Who is this No-Code RTLS platform for? Are you tracking assets or people or something else? What use cases would be supported by this - as RTLS software is such a huge category with different players with overlapping capabilities?
- You have to choose one among the 3-4 probable customer groups you have. Also, how sure are you that they would call it RTLS solution? Messaging should always be inclusive - when you use jargon/abbreviation - you automatically exclude a huge chunk of your probable audience.
- Homepage positioning is all about what customers are looking for, not what you think you are. This has to be research-driven - never arbitrary.

đ¤ The byline isâŚ
</aside>
- âŚeasily missable.
- Benefit-led messaging like âenhance safety, amplify productivity, ensure complianceâ are generic points that any other SaaS can claim.
- Take any three SaaS randomly - Hubspot, Mixpanel, Gong.io - without context. Won't these 3 points be equally applicable to these SaaS?
- What you are missing is differentiated value.
- âCalculate ROIâ CTA always makes you look âdesperateâ, not sure on your capabilities and value you can provide. ROI conversations should always be limited to end-stage sales discussions. Good read - Article 1, Article 2
- More than 60% of visitor drop-off happens within the first fold - and after Syookâs first fold, I am left with the biggest burning question - what exactly do they do, and is it really for me? Which should never be the case after the first fold.
<aside>
â The design of the first fold could be more impressive. Not helping the messaging. Your biggest selling area is your actual product. Itâs critical that users see and get a feel of your product immediately (it becomes even more critical as you don't have a free trial). Blurred and miniaturised images donât help
</aside>
- Albeit clear, I donât see any context to âNo Codeâ messaging. It uses generic words, which I can copy-paste in any other no-code SaaS platform.
- The headings for âMacro to microâ fold and âOperate from fieldâ set context well and are good examples of my point above.
- By-lines could be better for adding more information about the product and its benefit. Right now it just focuses on what you do rather than how youâll help me as a customer?
- Again the design assets need to be clear. Could be much better!
- The addition of App download QR Codes is smart.
- I donât see the demo CTA at all in this section. Thatâs a red flag.

â Headline needs context
</aside>
- The messaging is too far from the main positioning of the page - âbusiness process automation.â
- A homepage is the first touchpoint (generally) - you should not overload with all of your offerings and benefits. You need to pick and choose and plan the second layer of messaging for more targeted communication mediums. A Market place CTA seems out of context here. Wonât this be more customer benefit oriented if you term these as add-on features?
- The label, the heading, and the CTA donât tell me anything else other than itâs a marketplace. But why should your customer care? Whatâs so good about it? Itâs missing context.
<aside>
đśâđŤď¸ The 18 Cards
</aside>
- I saw these 18 cards, which look clickable - but are not.
- I get some context into what you have in the marketplace, but upon clicking on âExplore Marketplaceâ, I donât get enough information as I had hoped for.
<aside>
đ¤ˇđźââď¸ The labels and heading, again, use words that mean the same thing - donât add anything new. You always be differentiated and specific to yourself.
</aside>
- Numbers are good for social proofing.
- But these huge numbers are never believable. 4X ROI, 25% increased efficiency, etc. - all sound too good to be true, and visitors generally just glaze over this.
- Itâs important that you substantiate your claim with case studies, mention real people etc.
